You are welcome to pick up your order in Sydhavn, Copenhagen. Pick-up is by appointment only, so please contact us to arrange a time before coming by.

The processing time is 1-2 working days.

Home Delivery

We ship all orders from Denmark using Bring. Delivery time depends on your location, but typically ranges between 3–7 business dayswithin Europe.

• Shipping within Europe: Tracked delivery via Bring (3–7 business days)

• Worldwide shipping: Available upon request. Please email info@firepaperrun.dkto inquire about international shipping options, estimated delivery times, and rates.

Your items will be carefully packed in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately upon receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy – Ceramics, Handmade Crafts & Sculptures

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 daysof collecting your item. Returns must be made in personat our Sydhavn studio. We do not accept returns by post or courierdue to the fragile nature of our products.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and brought back with original packagingwhere possible.

• To initiate a return, contact us at info@firepaperrun.dkwithin the 14-day period and clearly indicate whether you would like a refundor an exchange.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized pieces are non-refundableand cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 10 daysfrom the date of collection or delivery.

• Exchanges must be made in personat our studio.

• Items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
